ScanAndRun for Lucom Interaction Platform makes use of all existing information in the form definition (such as name, position, and type of form fields, for example) to put the data on the paper in e few automated steps to the correct location:
- Scanning in the form
- Recognizing and assigning the form
- Scanning in and checking the field contents
- Correcting the scanned data, if necessary
- Transferring the data (including an image of the original form) to Lucom Interaction Platform and saving it in the database
- Displaying and further processing using Lucom Interaction Platform's Web-based electronic functions
